Delivery

Your package will be delivered by the carrier DPD or in some cases bpost or UPS. 

As soon as the shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic e-mail with the tracking information so that you can track the progress of the delivery online.

Delivery time

When the ordered products are in stock, they will be shipped within 3 working days.

In case of stock issues, we will inform you of any delays as soon as possible. 

In-store pick-up

You can also choose to pick up your order in our store. 
If you choose pick-up during checkout, we will confirm by e-mail that your order is ready for pick-up. Without confirmation it is not certain that your order is in stock and/or available.
